Age: 6 weeks - approximately 15 months
Our infant room is a nurturing environment that fosters learning through social and emotional interaction, sensory stimulation, music, art and motor development. The infant room environment is safe and stimulating for all children in the group, with an isolated area for sleeping babies, as well as divisions to keep our younger infants separate from our newest little explorers.
Our infant room teachers sing songs, read books, and play simple learning games to stimulate each baby’s senses and encourage his/her development. Each child’s individual needs are met and supplemented with additional activities that are incorporated within each infant’s personal schedule and daily routine.
Teachers and parents will partner together to ensure that all infants have consistency between their home and school environments.
